Important Update: New Online Contact System Launching on Tuesday 9th June 2026

We are pleased to announce that from Tuesday 9 June, we will be introducing SystmConnect as our new online patient contact platform.
As part of this change, PATCHS will no longer be available and will be removed from our website. All online requests and communications with the practice will instead be managed through SystmConnect.

Why are we making this change?

SystmConnect is fully integrated with our existing clinical system, helping to create a more streamlined and efficient experience for both patients and practice staff. This integration allows us to process requests more effectively and ensures information is received directly within your medical record system.

How can I access SystmConnect?

Accessing SystmConnect is simple. You can:

  • Use the service as a guest user
  • Sign in using your NHS App login details
  • Sign in using your existing SystmOnline account

There is no need to create a new account if you already use the NHS App or SystmOnline.

What can I use SystmConnect for?

Through SystmConnect, you will be able to:

  • Submit medical and administrative requests online
  • Contact the practice without waiting on the telephone
  • Request help for new or ongoing health concerns
  • Ask administrative questions
  • Access services through a secure online platform

What do I need to do?

From 9th  June, simply visit our website and select the new SystmConnect link. The PATCHS link will no longer be available.
If you currently use PATCHS, we recommend familiarising yourself with SystmConnect after the launch date. The system has been designed to be straightforward and easy to use.
